Choko Aiken was born and raised in Japan and studied classical piano at the age of three going on to study piano, violin, voice and music theory at Colleges in Tokyo and Fukuoka as well as making journeys to the United States to study jazz in LA and NY. Avi Friedlander is an American cellist, teacher and composer. Fluent in many musical genres, his origins draw from a mixture of his classical music studies and a lifetime of listening to rock and roll.
On stage together, the duo will perform their own mix of classic, pop and jazz.
