New Ownership
The Shops at the Colonnade, located at the intersection of U.S. 280 and I-459, have been sold to an investment group headed by local real estate company Shannon Waltchack. The property includes many tenants including Gold’s Gym, Johnny Ray’s BBQ, Cracker Barrel, Edgar’s Bakery, Avadian Credit Union and more.
Fitness Xpress is now under the ownership of Clint Welch. The gym is located at 701 Doug Baker Blvd. in the Village at Lee Branch.
