Griffin Park at Eagle Point to hold ribbon cutting, grand opening

Newcastle Homes is set to hold a ribbon cutting ceremony for its new development on Thursday, April 19.

The first model home at Griffin Park at Eagle Point, located at the former Eagle Point Golf Club, will have a grand opening event from 4-6 p.m., starting with the ribbon cutting at 4 p.m. There will also be cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and prize drawings every hour, according to a press release from Newcastle Homes. The Brantley Model Home will be held open for realtors and guests.

There are 30 homesites available in Phase 1 of Griffin Park at Eagle point, with 93 additional homesites planned in future phases, according to the press release. There will be a wide selection of floor plans, with prices starting in the mid-300s. 

The event will be held at 132 Griffin Park Trail.
