Women in Business: Women of Vineyard Family Services

by

The women at Vineyard Family Services bring a wide range of experience to the table, and all of them have a passion for serving others. The mission of the agency is to feed kids in need, promote responsible fatherhood, and help families in crisis.

Program Director Stephanie Grissom has worked in nonprofit development for over 20 years and has been with VFS since 2009, helping build the agency into what it is today. Her past work with The International Development Agency addressed the same issues she works closely on today, which is combating father absence and child poverty in the community. She is a graduate of The University of Alabama and holds a B.S. in International Relations.

Grants Manager Charity Havercroft also has over 20 years of experience serving children and at-risk populations in the community and brings a wealth of knowledge in the area of social services and grant management. She holds a BSW from UAB and a MSW from The University of Alabama.

Ashley Loftis has joined the team this year as the Delivery & Events Coordinator and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in clinical mental health. Laura Cullen joined on this year as the Community Relations & Marketing Coordinator. She is graduating with an undergraduate degree in communications studies.

Vineyard Family Services works with fathers, mothers, teens, and kids to improve family life.
