280 Sound Off - Sounds like a plan

Living off Valleydale requires driving on 280 quite often. It does not take someone with a doctorate in traffic engineering to figure out the problem is too many traffic lights, not enough frontage or service roads, and too many allowable left turns. Hopefully this latest new plan will address some of these issues.
