280 businesses adding staff and services this month

Dentist Dr. Lisa Wilson is offering a Halloween candy buy-back program. Trick-or-treaters will receive $1 per pound of unopened candy turned in as well as a goody bag. All candy collected will be given to U.S. military stationed overseas through Operation Gratitude.
