Hoover board of education holds stakeholder meetings

The Alabama Association of School Boards (AASB), the research firm assisting Hoover City Schools with its superintendent search, will be conducting input meetings Feb. 3.

The goal of these meetings will be to gain information from stakeholders and community members before AASB begins the candidate search. Meetings will be held at the Hoover City Schools central office, 2810 Metropolitan Way. 

Other community meetings will follow later this spring. See this schedule below: 

Parents and community, 10:45-11:45 a.m.

System and building administrators, 1-2 p.m.

Public officials, 2:30-3:30 p.m.

Certified staff, 4:15-5:15 p.m.

Support staff, 5:30-6:30 p.m.

Parents and community, 6:45-7:45 p.m.
