Hoover schools closing 3 hours early due to threat of severe weather

Due to the threat of severe weather this afternoon (April 11), Hoover City Schools will dismiss three hours early. All after-school activities, including athletics, fine arts events and extended day, area cancelled.

Regular staggered dismissal will allow buses to run regular routes.
