More than 100 vendors took part in the 25th annual Market Noel at the Cahaba Grand Conference Center this past weekend, Nov. 19-21.

Vendors sold everything from children’s toys and Christmas decorations to hand-made soaps and home furnishings.

Robin Parrish, at TMI gifts, had a long line of customers waiting for her handmade bows.

“They don’t take very long to make,” said Parrish, as she twirled a bow larger than her head.

The annual festivities, organized by the Junior League of Birmingham, began Wednesday, Nov. 18 with a Preview Noel party. Attendees enjoyed hors d’oeuvres, specialty wine, beer and cocktails, a silent auction and live music from Sean Heninger. A Man Cave, complete with a beer and bourbon tasting from Good People Brewing and Dram as well as entertainment from The Lochamy Brothers of the SEC Network, kept sports fans entertained.

General admission shopping began Nov. 19 and lasted through Saturday afternoon. All proceeds from Market Noel will be used to support the Junior League of Birmingham’s 34 community projects.
