Hearts for Hasberry run supports Alabama Kidney Foundation

On Saturday, Jan. 17, runners met at Area 41 Pizza to run the second annual Hearts for Hasberry 5K and 10K. 

Last year, the first run was organized to raise funds for Greg Hasberry, a coach at Elite Fitness and Figure. Hasberry was diagnosed with double acute renal failure in 2013 and was told that he needed a kidney transplant. His clients organized the race to help Hasberry manage his medical expenses.
