On June 21, Mt Laurel’s new library will open for the first time.

A brief ribbon cutting ceremony will be held at 10 a.m. followed by an open house celebration from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. The public is invited to attend.

The celebration follows seven years of fundraising efforts by the non-profit association, The Friends of Mt Laurel Library.

The new building is located at 111 Olmstead Street on property donated to the library by EBSCO Industries. It will be staffed, maintained and operated by the North Shelby Library and will be open six days a week.
