New Neighbors League Club donates to Firehouse Shelter

The New Neighbors League Club of Birmingham, decided to show their support for the work of the Firehouse Shelter by donating $500 recently.

Since 1983, Firehouse Shelter has provided a safe haven for the homeless as well as shelter, food and clothing. The shelter also provides a series of programs for them to be involved in, to achieve stability and become a part of society.

The New Neighbors League Club of Birmingham is a nonprofit organization, whose original goal was to offer help to new residents of Birmingham and help them adjust to our City. The club also enjoys raising money to help different charities, such as hospitals, children's camps and other needs.
