OMHS grad wins Alfa Foundation scholarship

Thomas (Alex) Price of Birmingham, a graduate of Oak Mountain High School, received a $1,000 scholarship from the Alfa Foundation. Price is a freshman at Auburn University studying mechanical engineering.

He is one of 100 students from across the state who will reap the rewards of an Alabama Farmers Federation membership when they pay their tuition fees this fall.
