Shelby County Senior Picnic location moved due to weather

The location for the May 24 Shelby County Senior Picnic has been changed to the Shelby County Exhibition Center at 86 Argo Road in Columbiana. 

The picnic previously was set to take place at American Village in Montevallo, but the location was changed due to the threat of poor weather conditions. The lunch will be catered by Full Moon Barbecue, and entertainment will be provided by Three on a String, American Village Vignettes, the Sugar Babies and vendors. The event will begin at 9 a.m. and continue until 1 p.m., according to an email from the county.
