Spain Park High School’s Thompson named Teacher of Month

Alexander Shunnarah Personal Injury Attorneys P.C. recently named eight Birmingham metro area teachers as Teacher of the Month for the 2019-20 school year. The initiative was created to spotlight K-12 teachers in the area for the work they are doing to improve students’ lives.

Craig Thompson of Spain Park High School was one of the winners during the campaign, in which over 400 teachers were nominated anonymously by family, friends, current and former students, and parents of students for their hard work and dedication to their students.

Eight teachers were selected by a panel of attorneys at the firm based on the anonymous submissions sent in on their behalf expressing the ways they were impacting the lives of their students. Each recipient received their picture on an Alexander Shunnarah digital billboard for a day and a $200 Visa gift card.
