Hoover student competes in Hilltop Montessori science fair

Hilltop Montessori School held their 2018 Science Fair on Dec. 7.

Judging the fair this year were Judy Stout, Angela Rotter, Skip Cofield and Dr. Matt Brown. Students from grades 1-8 participated, but the students in grades 5-8 were given the option to compete to represent the school at the UAB-CORD science fair in March.

This year, two first place winners, Martin Vizzina and Catherine Hinson, will go to UAB. The second place winner was Emmaline Spensley and the third place winner was Julia Gale.
