Ever been to a dentist office that had a comfort menu, that made you feel like you were at the spa?
Dr. Brooke Totty Jordan has that at Lee Branch Dental Studio — and it includes weighted blankets, Netflix, noise canceling headphones, aromatherapy, warm hand towels and many other amenities.
“We even have a candy bar in our office,” she said.
Why the spa-like treatment? It’s easy, Jordan said — it’s all about patient comfort.
“We strive to provide a one-of-a-kind dental experience,” she said. “We want our patients to look forward to dental appointments rather than dread them.”
And she wants the community to have a dental home where they feel respected and valued while receiving a comprehensive dental treatment in a calm and relaxing environment.
“Everyone deserves a confident, healthy and beautiful smile,” she said. “Going to the dentist does not need to be a bad or dreaded experience. I love being able to soothe a patient who is fearful or nervous.”
Jordan loves the opportunity to build a personal relationship with her patients and help them know she has their best interest at heart.
“This bond allows the patients to trust me, and they know I am going to take care of their dental needs,” she said.
Along with traditional dental procedures such as periodic exams, cleanings, digital X-rays, fillings, crowns, emergency exams, partials and dentures, Lee Branch Dental Studio also offers special aesthetic services such as Botox, Juvederm, ZOOM Whitening and Invisalign.
“I treat each patient like they are family,” Jordan said. “If there is a treatment I would or would not recommend to a family member, I do the same thing with my patients. It creates a trusting relationship in which each patient knows they are valued.”
Her favorite treatment to provide?
“I love ZOOM Whitening,” she said. “It makes my day when patients see their new smile after one treatment and beam with excitement. Everyone in the office is happy for them! It is especially exciting when a smile makeover is completed with veneers and ZOOM.”
Jordan said she’s always loved health care and science, but she didn’t know she had a passion for dentistry until she shadowed her family dentist while in school at the University of Alabama.
“I fell in love with the artistic nature of the job and the ability to form patient relationships,” she said. “I graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry in 2018 and moved back to my hometown, Birmingham.”
She said her goal for Lee Branch Dental Studio is to be known as one of the best clinical practices in Birmingham, as well as providing exceptional customer service. She wants to have patients who return year after year with a healthy and happy smile.
