Karen Freeman-Franklin, principal and certified property manager for K Realty Advisors, has been serving Alabama for 30 years in commercial real estate.

K Realty Advisors is a full service commercial real estate company that offers interim and ongoing property management, brokerage/leasing services, project consulting and construction management.

“I have spent my career in commercial real estate with both local and global firms. I often witnessed sub-optimal decision making and management execution and so I resolved to start my own consultancy and management firm. This independence permits me to treat both property owners and tenants in a professional and respectful manner and to help both parties achieve beneficial outcomes,” Freeman-Franklin explained.

She has managed multiple Class A properties for some of the largest law firms in the Southeast as well as wide variety of service and manufacturing companies. Her experience extends to construction management, financial reporting, budget preparation, expense reimbursement calculations, lease administration and contract negotiation. These skills allow Karen to help clients realize an increase in net operating income and achieve greater returns on their investments.
