Sizemore became aware of very valuable sales and leadership training when a company she was interested in joining required that she complete a Sandler Training course.

She took the course and was floored by the simplicity, elegance and prospect focus with Sandler. She began researching places in and around Birmingham that offered the training and found this was a gap in the market she could fill.

Instead of joining that company, she decided to open her own.

“The most rewarding feedback I’ve received since opening Sandler Training in Birmingham in April of 2019 is the confidence my clients have to grow their book of business or to grow their client base with the skills, mindset and behaviors they have learned and are applying on a daily basis,” Sizemore said.

That confidence comes from participating in Sizemore’s primary training service, the Sales Mastery Class.

“In Sales Mastery, my clients learn how to strategically avoid stalls and objections early and confidently execute a sales process,” she said. “When we as professionals are working with buyers, it’s our job to help the prospect get past their natural defenses and have a real conversation about their problems and outcomes they are seeking.”

Sizemore hosts Business Leaders’ Masterclasses open to business owners and sales leaders monthly. All attending will leave with at least one or two ideas to immediately apply in their business.

On Friday, March 13, she will be hosting a Women Business Leaders Master Class between 8:30-10 a.m. at Faulkner University.

“One of my goals with Sandler Training in Birmingham is to give back to the community I serve. I’m actively looking for nonprofits who may be interested in partnering on fundraising events as well,” she said.
