Stephanie Lee of Keller Williams Realty has made her mark on the greater Birmingham area real estate industry.

Within two years of moving to Birmingham, Stephanie was recognized as one of the top producers in her market center.

Although she has made an impact in her industry — selling an excess of $3 million in home inventory within her first few years as a Realtor — Stephanie’s first concern is her clients.

“As much as I would like for a buyer to purchase a home, if something major comes back on an inspection that my clients don’t feel comfortable with, I do everything to rectify it. If it can’t be rectified, I advise them to not buy the home. I want them to be happy with their new home, with no reservations,” Stephanie said.

As a former professor, many of the qualities that made her a phenomenal educator have carried over into her career as a real estate agent.

“This business isn’t just about opening doors to show homes; it’s about building relationships with people,” she said. Part of her job is also educating buyers about the real estate industry.

“I love working with first-time homebuyers who have lots of questions.”

She also enjoys working with seasoned homebuyers who are looking for their forever home. “It gives me great satisfaction when we find exactly the home they have in mind.”

Stephanie’s goal is always to give her clients the best results possible. For sellers that means selling their home quickly and for top dollar. For buyers, she helps them find the best home for their family and lifestyle.
