Regular practice of yoga and meditation help us to identify our limitations and accept those limitations with positive sense. We can overcome any kind of bad habits and can control our thoughts. We can keep the positive energy not within us but also can spread the same vibe all around. We can feel the inner silence, bliss and notice the blessings that we already have. We can feel positive, act positively and feel the peacefulness. Yoga can really help us to improve our self awareness.
