A new Zoe's Kitchen location is in the works at Brook Highland Plaza.
A new Zoe’s Kitchen is planned for Birmingham. Bids are now being accepted for the location off of U.S. 280.
The freestanding restaurant will be at 5247 U.S. 280, behind Sprouts Farmers Market at Brook Highland Plaza. The restaurant is still in its planning stages, and there is no set opening date.
This location will be Zoe’s seventh Birmingham-area location and is set to include indoor and patio seating.
More information about the location will be released as the opening gets closer, said Zoe’s Kitchen director of brand Lauren Hopkins Butler.
