Five Below, a national discount retail chain, has signed a lease to open a new store at 5291 Highway 280, Suite 110, in the Brook Highland Plaza.
Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille will be opening in the former TGI Friday’s location at 4 Perimeter Park South. No timeline has been announced for its opening. The high-end chain has more than 10 locations over several states, including Texas, Colorado and Illinois.
