Taco lovers will soon have a new place to eat at The Summit.
Taco Mama, a Birmingham-based Mexican restaurant, is set to open a fourth location in May. According to The Summit's website, Taco Mama will be located by Steel City Pops and Pieology Pizzeria.
The menu offers a selection of tacos, burrito baskets, nachos and quesadillas as well as kids items, sides such as ancho chile slaw and Mexican mac & cheese, and a selection of margaritas.
Taco Mama has four other locations, including Edgewood, Crestline Village, Huntsville and Tuscaloosa.
