Tatum, president and owner of Classic Home Mortgage and Hoover resident, began her mortgage career in 1995 as a receptionist, processed mortgage loans for seven years, and then worked as a manager over processing.
Tatum has worked in all areas of mortgage lending and has become a specialist in the industry, while genuinely caring about her clients. Tatum has served as Secretary (2010), Treasurer (2011- 14) and President (2015-16) for the Alabama Mortgage Professionals Association, awarded Mortgage Broker of the Year (2012), awarded The Presidential Award for Outstanding Service in 2011, featured as an Industry Leader in the National Mortgage Professional Magazine and was a Top Featured Mortgage Professional in the Top Agent Magazine.
