Chelsea City Council July 7
Chelsea City Council will discuss the re-appointment of Dawn Wilson to the Chelsea Public Library Board at its Sept. 1 meeting.
City of Chelsea Mayor Earl Niven will make two proclamations at the Sept. 1 Chelsea City Council meeting.
Niven will declare September 2015 as “Ovarian and Gynecologic Cancer Awareness Month” in Chelsea. He will also declare Sept. 28 as “Family Day” in Chelsea.
In addition to Niven’s proclamations, the city council will vote on a proposed resolution to re-appoint Dawn Wilson to the Chelsea Public Library Board.
City of Chelsea Fire & Rescue Chief Wayne Shirley will also introduce a new firefighter and make a presentation at the meeting.
