Chelsea Christmas Parade
Two Santas will ride on firetrucks throughout neighborhoods in Chelsea.
The Chelsea Fire and Rescue Department will once again chauffeur Santa around town after the Chelsea Christmas Parade on Dec. 21.
There are two different routes planned to maximize the number of stops. All times are approximate, pending emergencies and traffic conditions.
“Santa Stop” signs will be posted at each location about a week prior to mark the planned stop. He will stop for a short visit and photos before moving on to the next stop.
“We have two separate Santa routes,” Chief Wayne Shirley said. “There is just no logistical way to make it to every road we cover, so this is the best option for sharing time with our community.”
