Santa Claus made a flashy entrance Sunday, Dec.6, at the Mt Laurel Christmas Tree lighting.
Children of all ages waved as Saint Nick made his way down the ladder of a shiny red firetruck and into his fully-lit sleigh in Bryson Square. Babies, toddlers and even adults took turns sitting in Santa’s sleigh and posing for pictures. Just steps away, a larger-than-life Christmas tree twinkled with white lights.
The event, held from 6:15 to 8 p.m., attracted dozens of Mt. Laurel families. The Mt. Laurel Library remained open and welcomed guests with refreshments, holiday crafting, a balloon clown and face painting.
