To support national Red Ribbon Week Shelby County Schools held assemblies for their students featuring Conquest, a drug free advocacy group. Students from elementary through high school ages were taught about self worth, the dangers of bullying, and peer pressure. Conquest performed a variety of songs, skits, and plays as well as talking personally with the students about the importance of having dreams.
