A multi-million dollar home in Shoal Creek will be auctioned off at the end of October.
Daniel Decaro, the owner of Decaro Luxury Auctions, said the estate at 7 Montagel Way will be auctioned on Oct. 31. The owner had attempted to sell the home through a private sale, without success.
The house sits on 27 acres, which includes a swimming pool with two cabanas, equestrian facilities, caretaker's house and an entry driveway shaped like a guitar.
Inside, the house has more than 50,000 square feet including 15 bedrooms, 22 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, 25-seat home theater, his and hers master wings, office space and an elevator. The current owner spent around $30 million to create the estate.
“It's a magnificent property," Decaro said.
It will be an absolute auction, with no reserve amount. From Oct. 10 to the auction, there will be open houses every Saturday and Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m., as well as an open house on Friday, Oct. 30. Viewings must be scheduled by private appointment, as the house is within a gated community.
