The Taste of Shelby County was held on Sept. 12 at the Inverness Country Club. The event, which featured food tastings, drinks and a silent auction was held to raise money for the Shelby County Schools Education Foundation.
Organizer Kendall Williams estimates over 450 people attended the event and over $30,000 was raised.
