The Briarwood Christian School boys and girls basketball teams are looking to make a return to the regional tournaments this year, and that journey begins in November.
On Nov. 20, the Lions traveled to Mountain Brook to play the Spartans, with both the boys and girls among the best teams in Class 6A.
Mountain Brook's girls won 56-37 and the boys won 55-43 on the night.
