Love Montevallo Day

The 2nd Annual Love Montevallo Day is a family friendly event that will celebrate the accomplishments of the city of Montevallo as well as the grand opening of Shoal Creek Park. During this celebration, there will be food trucks, raptors from the Alabama Wildlife Center, children's crafts, multiple nature and historic walks, geocaching, as well as a 5k color run. The 5k color run will begin at 12 p.m. Even though Love Montevallo Day is free admission as well as open to the public, there is a registration fee to participate in the 5k color run. There are only 50 slots available with prices being $10 for high school students and under, $15 for college students, and $25 for adults.
