Local dancers came together for a weekend of swing at the Hilton on U.S. 280. The Southern Traveler Shag and Swing event was held Aug. 7-9 and included workshops, competitions and social dancing. It was hosted by Hoover-based dancers TJ and Wendy Zito, who hope to make the dancing weekend an annual event.
