My mind cannot comprehend the spending of over $12 million to “save three to five minutes” off a commute for drivers so that they can say, “I’m better off because I saved four or five minutes.” What happens to that plan when you throw a couple of accidents into the mix? This kind of waste for a temporary solution is just mindboggling. I am no traffic engineer, but this plan from Mr. Brian Davis just doesn’t make sense to me, especially when the two worst intersections (Valleydale and 119) are not included. This just borders on stupid!
