Light the Night Community Festival

Oct. 31: Community-wide “Light the Night” Festival. 5-8 p.m. Winn-Dixie parking lot at the intersection of Valleydale Rd. & Caldwell Mill Rd. This is a free, family-safe event for residents of the Hoover/Inverness. There will be inflatables, games and live music and hotdogs, chips, drinks and candy. Costumes are welcome.

This is the 6th year in a row this event has taken place in this location. More than 1,800 people attended last year, and more are anticipated this year.

This event is being sponsored by Winn-Dixie in conjunction with Inverness Vineyard Church, Christian Life Church, New Hope Presbyterian Church and Korean Presbyterian Church of Birmingham.
