Friends of the Poor 5K Walk/Run

Sponsored by the Birmingham Council of the St. Vincent de Paul Society to benefit local needy persons. The 5K run begins at 8:30 a.m. and the walk begins at 9:00 a.m. Prizes for the runners will be awarded based on age categories. All proceeds from the event will be distributed to the four participating conferences to use in their direct aid to those in need.
