OMHS student named 2012 Debutante of the Year

Imani Paige Anderson, daughter of George and Tampia Anderson and a senior at Oak Mountain High School, was presented Thursday, Dec. 27 by the Imperial Club, Inc. at the Cahaba Grande Conference Center at their annual ball. Anderson was selected to be the “2012 Debutante of the Year,” which is based on her compilation of accomplishments (academic, religious involvement, political involvement, artistic achievement, extracurricular and community involvement) that were included in her scrapbook. This award represents the highest honor of achievement for the participants involved in the pageant.
